Hi,

I developped a crystal report (2008 v12.5.0.1190) based on an SQL command.
This report is working fine when it is manually run.
But Logicity is displying an Error message "Enable to load the Crystal report file" when I try to schedule this report (even in view mode).
I use to developp Crystal Report and schedule it thanks to Logicity without any issue since one year.

Does Logicity support Crystal report uising SQL command ?

The SQL command structure :
select
from ---- left join ---- where ---- group by
having
order by
Here enclosed the SQL detail.

Best Regards,

Julien

Using a SQL command should not matter. Now you cannot schedule RRD files that are set to view. Do you get the error if you export or something similar?

Thanks!
Brian

Hi,

The Crystal report is working fine when running manually.

I deleted the windows schedule task, the RRD file and the Crystal Report file and I re-did it again.
I tried to schedule this report using Logicity (email with xls output as I usually do)

I got the error messages :
1- "Enable to load the Crystal report file"
2- "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

This is the first time I try to schedule a Crystal Report based on a SQL command using Logicity.
I never face any issue with Crytsal report (not SQL command based) in the past.

Is there a debug mode or something similar to have an idea of this issue ?

Best Regards,

Julien

My email is bellis @ saberlogic.com (remove the spaces).

Can you send me the RRD you are using and a screenshot of the properties of the scheduled task?

Thanks!
Brian
