Am I correct in thinking that I need the PRO version of Logicity to enable the saving of passwords so that the system automatically connects to our SQL database.

Trying to test the Email functionality, but it fails because it cannot connect to the SQL Server - When just in View mode it asks me to enter the ODBC password, and then it runs OK.

No you should be able to save database credentials without using the Pro version. When you are at the database tab in solution builder try NOT filling in "Database Server" or "Database Name" and DO fill in "User Name" and "Password". Let me know if that changes anything. One hang up you may get to with the free version would be emailing if your email requires SSL, that is a Pro version feature. Thanks!
