Hello, I am supporting a user of Logicity Desktop 1.9 who is having some issues. When she tries to print multiple invoices, the first one prints out fine, but then the rest sit in the print queue and error, and she has to reboot her machine in order to clear the queue and print the invoices individually. She doesn't receive any error messages from Logicity, and there are no obvious errors in Event Log to indicate a problem. The PC is running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and is fully up to date. She has had this issue for a while as well, and she cannot remember when it last worked, otherwise I could compare what has changed.
Unfortunately, I am very new to this piece of software, so please forgive me if this is coming across vague, but any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does the report print successfully via Crystal Reports? Logicity utilizes Crystal Reports runtimes to do the report generation and printing.
