Hello,
I am using the Pro version. I have several critical reports that get scheduled and emailed on a daily basis. However, IT changed our email domain and exchange server and I cannot get the email set up to work with the new email configuration.

In the Action Tab of the Solution Builder, I changed the SMTP Server and the from email address and assumed everything else is the same but that didn't work. Attached is an image of what the set up looked like before the change and what it is now.



The error message I get when I run the report keeping all the same settings except the SMTP server and From Email address is : Failure Sending Email (emailCrystalReport).

What is not correct in my set up that would cause the email feature not to work? How do I fix it?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
