Scheduling - Access is Denied

Testing out the free version to see if this will work before going to the pro version. When I tried to schedule reports, it would prompt "Access is denied". I am using the administrator login and am able to schedule job through task scheduler fine. However, when using Lgoicity, it would prompt error about access denied. This is on a Windows 2012 R2 Server environment. See attachment.
