We recently installed Logicity free viewer for everyday users to view/refresh reports.
Started receiving complaints that the data in the report generated by the viewer is different then the data generated by the designer. For example a list of 10 names will only show 8 in the viewer.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

The only times I have heard of this happening before are that people were choosing different parameters or something along that line.

Also, make sure that you do not have saved data with the report. Depending on the version of Crystal, I have seen issues with that.
