Hi,
I upgraded my crystal reports to 2016 and now I can't get logicity 1.8 to run. Error attached.
After upgrading crystal I had a similar error which was due to crystal not wrapping field and table names correctly for our db (mysql)
The fix for this was to make certain registry changes to instruct crystal to wrap table and column names in back quotes for the ODBC drivers we use.
Now I can run the same reports in crystal with no problems.
I have also tried installing 1.9 with and without the included crystal runtimes and the error remains.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Try the following for re-installing Logicity 1.9:

www.logicitysuite.com/forum/technical/17...chnical-support.html

If the problem should persist, you may then need to try installing Logicity on another non-Crystal Reports PC.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
