I know that others have posted issues with conflicts between logicity runtime version of crystal and the version of crystal in SAP. I am using logicity 1.9 and am using SAP version 9 with Boyum B1UP version 2019 which requires the newer version of cr runtime.

When I install the cr runtime from logicity it works fine but I get errors in SAP which cannot load the application.



Do you have a solution?

Would you happen to know the version of the SAP Crystal Reports Runtime used by the SAP version 9?

13.0.16 is the cr runtime version

I am licensed for version 9 and using pro. When I tried to download version 8 it did not allow my license to be used

Try running the SAP application with Logicity version 8 installed. If successful, we can issue a license for version 8.
