I am experiencing and unhandled exception error. It occurs every time I try to open a report. I reset a Windows 8 pc and it wasn't getting this error before that. Any ideas on how I can get this fixed? I uninstalled and restarted the computer a few times already and that didn't seem to fix it. I have attached the complete error message.

I uninstalled the software, restarted the PC, and reinstalled the software. This didn't fix the error. What else can I try?

Does the ODBC (or database connection) used by the report exist?

Usually uninstalling all of the SAP Crystal Report Runtimes and reinstalling Logicity running as Administrator does the trick. (The ODBC was likely not the cause)

Is there another program that uses the SAP Crystal Report Runtime?

At this point, you may need to consider installing Logicity on another PC or you can purchase a Support Incident and then schedule a remote session to take a look at your setup.
