Ok so Ive been using this software for a week now and im having a couple issues..

1. Its not refreshing data when it runs.. no idea why.

2. When I changed the actual report it runs against to not "save data" (thinking it caches it) it gives me a database login fail and now it doesnt run or save at all now..

Can some one help here??B)

thanks!

Hi,

That would be the reason it is not refreshing(saved data on). Did you setup an ODBC connection on the computer Logicity is running on? Is there a full version of Crystal installed on this computer as well(it's not needed, just wanted to know if you can run the report from Crystal on the same computer)?

Thanks!
Matt
