Dear Experts,

I have installed Logicity. I ran the solution builder to schedule a report. I entered all the necessary information when saving the RRD file. Now, if I try to execute or schedule the report to run now, I get the following error message: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused (emailCrystalReport). However, the mailbox does exist.

Can someone please assist?

Thanks in advance,
Zack H.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I can email reports fine within the walls of our building however if I attempt to email to and individual outside of the company I receive the same message. Did you ever find a solution to this issue or can anyone provide a solution.

Thank you

I might as well copy paste your message. Same problem. Searching the forum, not luck as yet.

Hello,
Does your mail server require SSL?
Here is a way you can find out:

If your server does, that would be the problem. Logicity does not yet support SSL.
Many MailServers, such as Gmail, and Exchange use SSL Encryption.
