Hello,
We have been using Logicity Pro for some years and now we need to move into a new server.
On the new server, even though the ODBC can connect without any problems, the logicity reports always "Database logon failed".
I also noticed that if I open a RPT file, the Database name is always empty (not sure if related).
A couple of images attached.

Hi! When the reports were setup, were they setup to use ODBC or something like OLE connection to the database? If you had set it up using ODBC, you would need to ensure that the ODBC connection is setup the same way on the new server, and that its setup in the 32-bit version of ODBC Admin since Logicity is running as a 32 bit application.

Thanks!
Brian

Hello,
I found a solution, I simply installed SSMS to confirm the connection to the DB was working and after installing it everything started to work on Logicity side. I don't understand exactly what happened but it fixed the issue!
