Hi All.

I have been working on a project to stop installation on local machines of Crystal Reports to allow the use of Citrix.

The issue I am facing is this:

When you run the application via Citrix. The application opens and then the report opens instantly. (As per request from our client)

But what happens is all of the fields are blank and not filled in like the report should be.

I have attached a screenshot of the field blank.

A few things to take into account before replying.
1. Administrator user can access this report no problems.
2. My current user "sb" with the same permissions as administrator sees the blank fields.

Now I have performed the following to test.
- Granted "Sb" Full Domain administrator privileges
- Created a new user with basic rights to the server but full rights to the application via Citrix.
- Granted SB full local admin on the Citrix Server as well as locally.
- Re-created the launcher icons via Citrix Delivery Services Console
