I use a database that allows a certian number of licenses to be used throughout our company (say, 35). Those licenses are used up by direct use of the Database, Crystal, and Logicity. We end up with too many licenses in use, and so get locked out of the database.

I am wondering if
1. There is a way that Logicity can look at the database while pulling the data, then close that connection until it is refreshed again.

or

2. if I can put a time-out feature into place. Logicity would close if not refreshed after say 10 minutes.
