If you want the display name instead of the e-mail address to show up for the “E-mail From” address, you can do something like the following:

Reports <yourname@yourcompany.com>

When it arrives through the e-mail client, it will just say it is from 'Reports'.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

You can also format the from & subject lines using variables such as %CURRENT_DATE%

Yes, the variable replacement will work too. However variable replacements "should" be a Logicity Professional only feature. I think we might have a problem with part of that feature set working on the free version. We didn't want anyone to think that we took away that feature in a future version of the free viewer. ;)
