We are having some problems and want to first upgrade to see if that will fix our issues. Is there a document that describes how to go about upgrading?

Missing data from report. Shows in Crystal, but not when we run Logicity.

Hello!
To upgrade Logicity to the latest version navigate to the main page, and select the latest version:

From here select Download Now, and run the installer when it finishes. The installer will auto-update Logicity to the latest version.
I hope this helps!

The latest version in the above post was 1.6.29. We are currently running that version and we are experiencing missing data as well.

Has anybody else experienced this? Will upgrading to the latest 1.7.3 version resolve this issue?

Thanks.
Jim.

I upgraded to 1.7.3.0 and I am still experiencing missing data at some page breaks. Any other ideas?

Jim,

The reason Devin suggested upgrading to 1.7 was on the hunch what you were experiencing was saved data in the report. Logicity 1.6 would show that by default whereas 1.7 now forces a refresh. Beyond that I have seen some goofy stuff with Crystal in the past related to page break data when it involves print drivers. Can you try editing the Crystal Report and telling it to optimize for 'No Printer' under page setup and see if that helps?

Unfortunately, the “No Printer” option was already selected. None of the group footers are using suppression formulas. I am comparing the same report when run using Crystal to when it is run using Logicity.

Thank you for your help.
