Hi all,
I have a problem with within Logicity Solution Builder.
When using the 'E-mail' Action, and a Attachment Format of 'Inline HTML 3.2' or 'Inline HTML 4.0', I get an error when executing the RRD:

"Could not find file 'C:\Users\Crystal\AppData\Local\Temp\2\Sub500Shipment\Sub500Shipment.htm'. (emailCrystalReport)"

I have checked that path, and the file exists, but with a .html extension instead of the .htm given in the path mentioned.
Incidentally, when setting up the Action within LSB, the 'File Name' field auto populates with the names of the report, and a .ext extension when using the Inline HTML format types.

Please help, being able to email reports as Inline HTML was the main reason for us upgrading from Free to Professional!

I just tried this on my end and can confirm it as well. We will have a look under the hood and see what is going on here. I believe this was all tested back on Windows XP so it could be that newer versions of Windows do not like the way HTML exports from Crystal create subfolders in TEMP. Either way, we will get to the bottom of it.

Sorry - forgot to mention, as it may help - we're running it on SBS Server 2011.

I wanted to get you a quick update on this - we do have a fix for this, but it was applied to a BETA version of Logicity we do not yet feel comfortable releasing the the masses. There are a lot of changes in that BETA version with some unforeseen implications when the entirety of our user base is considered. We can do one of two things here - if you want to try out the BETA version I can hook you up with it - just e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will get you a special link. Alternatively, Brian is working on back porting things like this (that are bug fixes) into a new standard release of Logicity that will not include *all* of the new features and you can wait for that to show up on here (I'd say that would be within the next few weeks).

I just purchased the Pro edition to get html reports and hit this wall on my first run.

I assume this thread relates to the error I'm getting, but I'm getting it in the version you linked. (1.8.6.0)
